Also included is 1 (one) mid season performance audit and 10% off parts and labor throughout the season on all service calls. This seasonal service contract covers the two most common maintenance visits and a mid season performance audit to make sure your system is working properly and efficient. Checking for proper head coverage making sure your system is not wasting water from broken heads or nozzles and leaks that have gone unnoticed to the untrained eye which is very costly to your water bill. This service agreement also offers discounted service calls and all service contract customers get priority service visits! No need to call us to schedule! Our office will contact you to schedule this service at a time that is convenient for you.
Spring Turn on
- Turn water back on to sprinkler system
- Check back flow preventer for winter damage
- Check for breaks or leaks in pipes as this could be costly to your water bill.
- Operate all zones and check for proper water pressure.
- Check for proper head adjustment.
- Check that all heads and nozzles are clean of debris.
- Check for any needed repairs.
- Set sprinkler controller.
Mid season performance audit
- Check all heads and zones for proper function
- Check for any leaks
- Check zones for proper pressure
- Make any necessary head adjustments
- Make any necessary sprinkler controller adjustments
- Labor for any required repairs if needed is included.
Winterization in fall
- Turn water to sprinkler system off.
- Turn off sprinkler controller.
- Turn power off to well pump.
- Blow out sprinkler lines to prevent freeze damage.
Priority service visits
All contracted customers receive priority service calls.
Discounted service calls
All service contract customers receive discounted service calls of $95.00 plus tax.
- 10% off parts and labor throughout the season on all service calls. Excluding system alterations and modifications.
